At the moment, we only deliver within United Kingdom, United States and Australia

Order processing time

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 – 4 days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping time: Orders take approximately 6 – 9 days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at the destination from the moment your order has been processed.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before
05:00 PM (GMT) for United Kingdom
05:00 PM (EST) for United States
05:00 PM (AEST) for Australia
will be processed the same day (Monday to Friday); those placed after will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Total delivery time: We require approximately 9 – 13 days (Monday to Friday) for your order to arrive from the point of placing your order.

Shipping process

Lost or damaged items

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.

Lost orders: In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.

For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1 to 3 days after the first package.

Important: Please do not return the package without consulting us. Without photo evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement. Our customer service will find a solution as quickly as possible.
